These terms govern your use of the Ube app, website, and connected plugin provided by Lemieux Inc., a New York company in the United States ("Ube," "we," "us"). By using Ube, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Mandatory rights under applicable law are not waived by these terms.
You must be at least 13 and meet any higher minimum age required where you live. If you are below the age at which you can agree to these terms independently, a parent or guardian must approve your use. Provide accurate account information and use only an account you are authorized to access. Protect your sign-in credentials and tell us through support if you suspect unauthorized access. Apple, Google, ChatGPT, and other third-party services you use have their own terms. You are responsible for complying with those terms as well.
Ube helps you research restaurants, consider recommendations, and maintain restaurant lists. AI results can be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date. Sources and links may change, and a citation does not guarantee the accuracy of a recommendation. Verify restaurant locations, opening hours, menus, prices, and availability directly before relying on them. Results may vary with the selected model and available research tools.
Ube does not guarantee food safety, ingredient information, or suitability for an allergy or medical condition. Contact the restaurant directly about dietary needs. The current plugin does not make reservations, place orders, or process payments. Restaurants and other third parties are responsible for their own products and services.
You retain your rights in content you provide. You give Lemieux Inc. permission to host, process, reproduce, and display that content as needed to provide Ube and carry out the features you use, including sharing you enable. Only provide content you have the right to use. Shared links may be forwarded, and others may retain copies. A save or move can replace previously stored research for the same restaurant; review requested changes before authorizing them.
Do not use Ube unlawfully, impersonate another person, access another person’s private data without authorization, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, distribute malware, or submit abusive or infringing content. Do not misrepresent AI-generated research as independently verified by Ube or as another person’s personal endorsement.
Restaurant information and linked content may belong to third parties. Linking or citing a source does not transfer rights in it or imply an affiliation. Third-party availability, policies, and features can change. ChatGPT usage limits and any charges for third-party services remain governed by those services.
We may update features or limit access when reasonably necessary to maintain, secure, or operate Ube. We may suspend access for material violations of these terms or misuse of the service. Where practical and legally required, we will provide notice. You may stop using Ube at any time and request account deletion through support. Disconnecting the plugin alone does not delete your account.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ube is provided as available without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. You remain responsible for your dining and travel decisions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits consumer rights where doing so is prohibited by law.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. We may update these terms and will publish an effective date and provide notice where required. For questions or disputes, contact Lemieux Inc. through Ube support so we can try to resolve the issue.
